Coaching with Kerri
Intuitive life coaching, integrating therapeutic techniques

An Integrative Approach
Combining years of personal experience, education, and additional training, Kerri helps others as an Integrative Life Coach with an emphasis on life transitions and high-risk relationships.
Why integrative?
With a variety of skills and passions, Kerri can help you integrate an intuitive, compassionate and solution-guided form of coaching for each individual. Having an MA in Counseling Psychology has helped Kerri develop the skills that are necessary to facilitate change during challenging times. Listening, identifying faulty thinking and behavior patterns, as well as understanding how our thoughts create emotions, are all important elements of the work.
It’s not easy work, but it is essential for growth. That’s what Coaching with Kerri is all about. Creating an opportunity for you to gain insights, clarity, and confidence, as you take control of your life and relationships; the outcome of which leads to a more fulfilling life, healthier relationships, peace, and YES… happiness!
Core Coaching Strategies
Life transitions
Life is one huge transition. We flow through some and get stuck in others. From single to married, parenthood to divorce, parenting adult children, or empty nester, Kerri can help guide you through these transitions with more confidence and peace of mind.
Skills
Too often relationships suffer because we lack the skills to navigate them in healthy ways. Having effective skills can bless a relationship with others, including ourselves. Kerri can help you improve the essential skills for daily life, as well as those that are necessary for dealing with difficult, or highly manipulative individuals.
Improving Communication
Relationship education is a passion for Kerri. Recognizing patterns that don’t serve us, and replacing them with healthy, productive ones is key. Practicing role playing while we learn the skills of communication can also be a great tool for improved relationships.
Higher self-practices
The power of attraction, visualization and positivity are important skills. Creating new awareness through spirituality, breath work, body movement, meditation and affirmations, can be transformative, and lead to higher levels of peace and connection. If you have the desire to use any of these practices, Kerri can discuss how and why they can elevate an improved sense of connection to yourself and others.
High Risk Relationships
Kerri is passionate about helping people who are in abusive relationships with life partners, or family members. She is a firm believer in education, resources, and compassionate mentoring as essential tools for awareness. These may include Emotional, Psychological, Narcissistic, Verbal, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, or Sexual abuse.
Boundaries
Too many of us misunderstand what a boundary is. If you struggle with how to use boundaries, we will discuss the details of How, Why and When to use them. Kerri will guide you in establishing your individual boundaries and discuss solutions when things don’t turn out as expected.
Faulty Thinking Patterns
Recognizing the power of our thoughts, and how they control the trajectory of our everyday life, can free us from experiencing unnecessary pain. If you feel stuck in creating stories that don’t serve you, Kerri can help you walk through the process of changing those patterns.
